More mods, more fun... and free shipping! We offer free standard shipping on all US orders containing 4 or more items. To make sure every dog gets a great start with their PlayStack, we have a 3-item minimum for all orders. For orders with 3 items, we have a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.99.

Refused Shipments

While we pack every order with care, sometimes the journey can take its toll on packages. If your toys arrive damaged, please accept the delivery and snap a quick photo of the packaging and the product and email it to support@mywaglab.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll get a replacement sent out so the play can continue!

Please note that if you refuse to accept your order, you will be responsible for all associated return shipping fees.

How quickly will I receive my order?

Our team typically gets your order packed and ready to go within 1-2 business days. Once it's on its way, delivery times depend on where you're located, but your package should arrive within 5-14 business days.

While we can't always account for carrier delay, you can keep a close eye on your package's travels through the tracking link in your shipping email!

Where does WAGLAB ship to?

We currently ship within the United States... but we're always looking to grow, so stay tuned!

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO Addresses?

We can ship to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses via standard USPS shipping. Please note that if you choose an expedited shipping option, we'll need a physical street address to get your package to you.

I did not receive a confirmation email, did my order go through?

If you saw an order number on your screen at checkout, your order is in the system! Check your junk or spam folders. Sometimes, confirmation emails like to hide there. You can also reach out to us if you're still having trouble.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

To get your toys out the door as quickly as possible, our system begins processing orders almost immediately. This means we're unable to cancel or make changes once an order is placed.

How can I find my tracking number?

Once your order ships, we'll send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number included. If it's gone missing, just contact us and we'll track it down for you!

My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Is it lost?

It's very common for tracking links to 'pause' while a package is moving between major sorting hubs or passing through customs. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, feel free to reach out to us at support@mywaglab.com and we'll take a look.

My package says "Delivered," but I don't see it anywhere.

Check the usual spots: Look around the porch, at side entrances, in the mailroom, at your community mailbox or with a neighbor who might have tucked it away for safety.

Wait 24 hours: Occasionally, carriers mark a package as delivered when it's still on the truck for the final leg of the journey.

Check your local post office: For international orders, sometimes a package is held at your local post office is a signature was needed or a delivery attempt was missed.

What if my package arrives damaged?

While we pack every order with care, sometimes the journey can take its toll on packages.
