At this time, we offer free exchanges and free returns to store credit! You’ll only be changed for any price differences in the new products you choose. It’s easy to set up your exchange online and you’ll be sent a prepaid shipping label once you’ve completed the steps.
If you’ve purchased your Canada Pooch products from an authorized retailer - please contact them directly to set up a return. Each retailer has their own set of return policies and Canada Pooch is only able to refund, exchange, or credit a purchase if it was made directly through the Canada Pooch website.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 21 days from the initial delivery date. To be eligible for a return or free exchange, the product must be clean and free of dog hair, in new condition with the tags and packaging intact. All returns are subject to photo inspection.
Any items from our last chance section or that are marked as final sale are not eligible for a return or exchange.

Once you set up a return, you can instantly download a prepaid shipping label, and instructions to return your item(s). Once we've received your item(s), you will receive your refund or store credit. If you’ve purchased your Canada Pooch products from an authorized retailer - please contact them directly to set up a return. Each retailer has their own set of return policies and Canada Pooch is only able to refund, exchange, or credit a purchase if it was made directly through the Canada Pooch website.
- Returns and Exchanges must be made within 21 days from the date of initial delivery
- Exchanges are free! You’ll only be charged for any price differences in the products you choose
- A return for a refund to your original payment method will be subject to a return shipping label charge of $7

- Please note that all face masks and toys are final sale at this time - we’re unable to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit for these items
- For our Weighted Calm Collection, we understand that it may take time to experience the full benefits of our calming products. As a result, we are happy to offer a flexible return and exchange policy. For more information, please contact our customer experience team

If you picked up your WAGLAB toys from one of our partner retailers, you'll need to head back to that specific store for any returns or exchanges. Since they have their own unique policies, we can only process refunds or credits for items bought directly from us at WAGLAB.
